Made 100% with Garnatxa Negra from the Pau Baqués vineyard, located in the sunniest areas of the Albet i Noya estate, this Clàssic Penedès expresses like no other the strength and sensuality of the sunny slopes of the Ordal mountains. The optimal exposure to the sun, the sea breeze and a ferrous and reddish soil favour a slow and precise ripening that translates into a voluminous but at the same time fresh and balanced wine.
With an elegant pale and bright pink color, it presents clean aromas of flowers and ripe red fruit. In the mouth it is fine and pleasant, with a creamy bubble and a slightly warm finish that provides persistence and harmony.
