Manual grape harvest and grape-by-grape selection on the sorting table. Cold maceration and fermentation for 8 days. Aged for 24 months in new French oak barrels selected from various cooperages. Further refinement in the bottle.
It has a brick-red garnet color with a high and consistent layer. It offers aromas of very ripe fruit, almost candied or in liqueur, creamy oak, fine cocoa, aromatic coffee, mineral notes, and balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied, voluminous, structured, with mature tannins, and a long-lasting finish.
Perfect for roast dishes, stews or complex meats. It is also ideal for long after-dinner conversations with nuts and dark chocolate.
