Manual harvest and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The Chardonnay part has been aged for two months in French oak barrels and was then blended with the rest of the varieties.
Golden and brilliant yellow color. On the nose, it presents a very tropical wine profile with aromas of pineapple, banana, or mango coming from the Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, it's voluminous, long, and leaves a very pleasant aftertaste.
Ideal for dishes like fresh pasta with pesto, mushroom and vegetable risotto with Parmesan. It also pairs very well with aged cheeses.
Lignum! wines have some ageing and are designed to accompany all sorts of informal moments and meals. Their name comes from the word "Lignum", which means "wood" in Latin and refers to the touch of ageing these wines have, providing body without making them too heavy.
