Subtle and elegant aromas. On the nose, white flowers, white fruit and a citrus hint stand out, with a clear presence of fresh, aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is long and crisp, with good acidity and a slightly bitter finish that adds freshness and character.
Perfect with fine, delicate dishes such as baked sea bass, seared scallops or fresh pasta with truffle. A combination designed for elegant, subtle cuisine that highlights the wine’s freshness and character.
Les Nords is a Clàssic Penedès sparkling wine made from a selection of Macabeu and Xarel·lo vineyards (with a small amount of Chardonnay) located on the shadier slopes of the Ordal mountains, where ripening is slow and carefully controlled. This cooler orientation, combined with the area's unique microclimates, results in a refined, subtle, and well-balanced wine, with vibrant acidity and natural elegance. A sparkling wine that reveals the most serene and delicate side of our landscape. Like the rest of the winery’s sparkling wines, it follows the standards of the Clàssic Penedès seal within the Penedès Denomination of Origin: 100% reserva, 100% organic, and 100% from Penedès.
