Hand-harvested and carefully selected grapes. Slow fermentation at low temperature and stabilization. Second fermentation in the bottle following the traditional method. Aged on its lees for a minimum of 18 months. Finished with an expedition liqueur containing 4.5 grams of sugar.
Pale, bright rosé. Clean aromas of flowers and ripe red fruit. On the palate, it is fresh, with a fine and creamy bubble that makes it very pleasant. It has good acidity and a slightly warm finish, adding volume and balance to the whole.
Ideal for cold appetizers such as beef or salmon tartare. Also pairs well with dairy desserts like a fruit mousse.
Les Granes is a rosé sparkling wine made from Grenache grapes grown in the Pau Baqués vineyard, located on the sunniest slopes of our estate in the Ordal mountains. With excellent sun exposure, cooling sea breezes, and iron-rich, reddish soils, the grapes ripen slowly and precisely. The result is a wine that is both voluminous and refined, expressing the full strength and sensuality of the Penedès’s sunlit slopes. Like the rest of the winery’s sparkling wines, it follows the standards of the Clàssic Penedès seal within the Penedès Denomination of Origin: 100% reserva, 100% organic, and 100% from Penedès.
