Grapes harvested and hand-selected. Pressed in an inert gas atmosphere and slow fermentation at low temperatures. This wine hasn't undergone any aging process to maintain its freshness and the inherent characteristics of the grape varieties

Tasting note

Pale yellow color. Its nose reveals an intense floral perfume reminiscent of rose and jasmine. It's very refreshing on the palate, with a gentle mouthfeel and a citrusy aftertaste that brings hints of orange and grapefruit.

Food pairing

Pairs well with any kind of fish or seafood. It's also a great option to accompany Japanese dishes like makis, nigiris, or sashimis.


La Volada is one of the cellar's most special wines. It's a white wine made from grape varieties that have shown natural resistance to diseases like mildew and oidium, therefore requiring significantly fewer treatments in the vineyard. It presents a new viticultural landscape, allowing us to produce cleaner and healthier wines for people and to be more environmentally respectful.
