Winemaking
Fermented for 25 days at 16 ºC. Macerated for a few hours prior to fermentation. Cold stabilised and sterile filtered prior to bottling.
Tasting note
It has a bright pink color with richly scented aromas of red fruit. In the mouth it is attractive, fresh, fruity and balanced.
Food pairing
Summer salads with fruits, all kinds of rice dishes and paellas, or a refreshing glass by the sea.
