Grapes harvested and hand-selected. Slow fermentation at low temperature and stabilization. Second fermentation in the bottle following the traditional method. Aged with its lees for a minimum of 15 months. Finished with a dosage of 5 grams of sugar.

Tasting note

With a beautiful salmon color, this sparkling wine has a pronounced fruity character, with hints of strawberries, cherries, or fresh figs, which harmonize very well with aging aromas, yeast, and pastry.

Food pairing

Ideal for cold appetizers such as beef or salmon tartare. Also pairs well with dairy desserts like a fruit mousse.
