Manual grape harvest during the last days of August. The grapes have undergone a cold maceration before being pressed in an inert gas atmosphere, followed by a slow fermentation at low temperatures. This wine has not undergone any aging process to maintain the freshness of the variety.
Pale yellow color. On the nose, it is a very fragrant wine with notes of green figs and asparagus, ripe pear, citrus, and spring flowers. On the palate, it is refreshing due to its high acidity and fruitiness. Flavors of figs and boxwood are also present.
Ideal for spring salads with refreshing vinaigrettes. It is also perfect for pairing with all kinds of rice dishes, whether they are from the sea or the mountains.
3Macabeus is a wine from three old vineyards (planted in the 1950s) of the Macabeo variety located at the entrance of the Can Milà de la Roca estate. These are very special vineyards that provide us with unique grapes to create a still wine with high aromatic and gustatory complexity. Old vines in goblet shape, with deep roots capable of reflecting the characteristic minerality of the Ordal Mountains subzone.
